Our Staging to Stay services will help you get settled in your new home quickly. Rose Home Solutions & Interior Décor will unpack and organize your home within two weeks (or less) of your goods arriving.

This includes unpacking boxes, organizing your rooms and getting rid of the packing materials. What a great way to take the stress out of moving into a new home for everyone!

Posting Out

When you need to move on to your next posting, we'll help get your home ready to sell without the stress. By Staging to Sell your home with Rose Home Solutions & Interior Décor, your home will stand out in the market and sell faster than unstaged ones (statistically 50% faster).

We have several Staging to Sell packages available, depending on how much you want to do yourself.

As a special service for our military members, we will come in before each Open House* and ensure your home is in order and ready for viewing in it's best light, no matter which package you choose.

All of our homeowners who stage with us receive a Gift Basket that has items to make your moving day less stressful.

In the event that you're home is not sold before you need to leave to your next posting, we can arrange to have your home furnished and property maintained after you're gone. A furnished home sells faster than an unfurnished one. Potential buyers often can't see the proportional sizes of rooms without reference furniture.

We'll work closely with your Realtor to ensure everything is done for a successful sale.
